Lenovo Ideapad Y900 Review

This new gadget from Lenovo really looks very stylish. The design of this gaming novelty has been upgraded compared to previous models. The laptop’s lid has two glossy black ridges that match the shiny Lenovo logo in the top-right corner. The bright accent on the lid became a red letter Y in the center. The notebook’s rear vents are made of black aluminum with a red undercarriage.

Lenovo is positioning its laptop as one of the gaming series so laptop’s characteristics correspond to this statement. For excellent productivity, it has an overclockable 2.7-GHz Intel Core i7-6820HK quad-core processor with 16GB of RAM. The processor’s power more than necessary for multitasking and complicated or heavy programs.

For good gaming performance, the laptop is equipped with Nvidia GTX 980 GPU.

Among other things, for convenience a laptop equipped with a mechanical keyboard with a five-color backlight.

The 17.3-inch FHD screen provides a deep, saturated color picture. The 720p integrated webcam provides acceptable image quality in the video.

So this laptop is really good. Despite its older GPU, the Y900 has excellent technical characteristics and attractive appearance.

It looks just awesome! So thin and elegant… I didn`t expect lenovo to make something like this… ever!!! When i saw their computers last, they all looked very cheap and were made of a bad quality plastic so i desided that that brand was lost for me forever. Maybe i wasn`t right then and i`m about to change my mind 🙂 This ideapad is worth giving it a chance for sure!

Yeah, Lenovo keeps surprising us. I think they have both awful and great devices, so if you`re looking for a high quality get ready to pay a lot. The cheap Lenovo computers aren`t great…
Whatever, this laptop is worth paying attention to. The best thing about it is, of course, its powerful processor as the performance goes first for every gamer. There`s not much fun when you get stuck somewhere in the middle of the game or it keeps freezing all the time. Earlier when i had just an ordinary laptop at my disposal and tried to play that was like hell so i don`t even wanna think about that.
I would like to test this Ideapad really. Because why not 😉
