Amazon Prime Day: Tips for getting the best deals
It's a good idea to think about items and products you're interested in picking up ahead of the event itself and focus on those. It can be tempting to buy anything that sounds like a good deal, but if it's going to spend its live in your cupboards then it's definitely not a bargain.
We'd also recommend using the 'Watch Deals' feature, to keep track of deals you're interested in before they begin. You can also join the waitlist for deals that are currently sold out, because if someone changes their mind you'll be able to grab the item that was in their basket.
It's also worth doing a quick search for some of the more expensive items on Google, to see if there's anywhere selling it for even less on the day. We expect other retailers to host their own deals days to counter Amazon's, and we'll be sharing the best deals in our live blog above.
Amazon Prime Day: Sneak Peek
Amazon was keeping quiet about the deals coming on 12 July, but it did share some teasers in the form of photos from the Amazon Warehouses.
Here's a look at Amazon's warehouse, where hundreds of Gibson guitars are getting ready for Prime Day.
We've also seen a photo from inside Amazon's warehouse of Trunki Ride-on Suitcases.
